Your details. Your choices.

What we collect and why

We store the service requests, areas, conversations and public business details you submit to provide matches, respond, maintain profiles and handle complaints. Customer contact details, chat identities and private addresses are not publicly displayed.

Location and maps

Location sharing is optional. Area and remote searches do not require coordinates. A confirmed work location is used for matching; its encrypted session copy can be reused for up to 30 minutes, then becomes unavailable and is removed on access or session expiry. We do not add these coordinates to leads, contact messages or AI requests. Device location is requested only when you choose it, without continuous tracking. Opening Google Maps sends map requests for the displayed area to Google. Business owners choose whether their precise base is public; private bases are not included in public map data.

Business research and duplicate checks

Administrators can review sourced business information before adding a draft or new services. Reviewed business names and contact aliases help identify existing listings, including businesses that share a phone or email. They do not automatically replace your public details. Research payloads and review notes are encrypted. Raw candidate content is retained for up to 90 days, or less when a supplied location expires; scheduled cleanup removes expired payloads and structured coordinate evidence. Necessary source, identity and decision records remain for corrections and audit. Request correction of an inaccurate or retired contact below.

AI and messaging channels

When AI is enabled, necessary message content and limited conversation context are sent to the AI provider. Messenger conversations are processed through Meta. Do not submit passwords, verification codes, identity documents or payment information.

How long we keep data

Raw webhook data is retained for 7 days. Conversation text and lead request descriptions are cleared after 90 days. Public business details and necessary audit records are retained for operations and dispute handling. Deleting a listing removes it from public view while preserving historical leads.

Corrections and deletion

Merchants can remove their own listings through the dashboard. Submit account deletion or third-party data correction requests below. We verify identity and ownership before processing, and anonymise business records that must be retained where appropriate.

Contacting businesses

Contact links open your phone or WhatsApp. We do not collect service payments or guarantee business availability or service outcomes.

Submit a data request

Do not submit sensitive identity documents. Signing in helps us verify your request.
